Saddlebrooke has built the largest front entry water feature of its kind in the United States. The feature consists of a structure that will flow over 500,000 gallons of water per hour. That equates to more than 8,300 gallons per minute. The natural rocks in excess of 12 tons have been used in the design. All of the natural materials including the giant boulders have been harvested from Saddlebrooke property. Cliff Fitzwater of Fitz Water design is consulting and designing with Ed Belieau, Vice President of field research at Aquascape Inc. Aquascape Inc. is the nation's leader in water features. They have designed water features for such clients as Disney and the Epcott Center. Junior Gray and the Saddlebrooke construction team spent several months building the water feature Fitz Water designed.

The Lorance family will donate the land and pay to build a non-denominational community church adjacent to Saddlebrooke Park. The Lorance family has agreed to build and pay for the church and community center.

Plans for the exclusive Seven Pines section of Saddlebrooke are well underway. The first thing planned for Seven Pines is constructing the gated entry with all the landscaping in place. A water feature is also planned at the main entrance to Seven Pines. "I want to set the tone for what people can expect from this special section of Saddlebrooke," Clyde said.

Bull Creek Park will be home to another resort-like communty swimming pool. As the community grows so will our amenities. Please check back with us for future developments.
