Vision
Clyde and Carol Lorance have made their dream a reality. People from all over the country now call Saddlebrooke home. Clyde says, "Exceeding the expectations of the people who visit Saddlebrooke is not just my goal, its my passion." From the moment you enter Saddlebrooke, you will begin to understand the attraction many people have already discovered.

Joel and Sheila Gibson recently visited Saddlebrooke to continue their search for the perfect place to build their dream home. Joel said "We have been thinking about building a new house for about a year and seeing Saddlebrooke made the decision easy." While standing on the home site they wanted, Sheila turned to Joel and said, "I want to live here; this place is absolutely stunning, this is where I want to be."

Stories like this are common. Many people like Ron and Lynn Love who already lived in a neighboring community also have a story. The community they were coming from announced the addition of timeshare property and nightly rentals which would increase the traffic congestion tremendously. "We did not have the time frame to build so we searched for a home ready to move into. We wanted something in Saddlebrooke. My wife and I were able to find a newly built home that fit our needs perfectly. We now have convenience to shopping, dining, and every kind of entertainment you could ask for with Branson just 10 minutes down the highway."

The Lorance family never tires of hearing the nice things people have to say about Saddlbrooke. "It motivates Carol and me to strive to make Saddlebrooke even better." The Lorance family will donate the land and build a non denominational church and community center for the residents of Saddlebrooke. Clyde says, "From the beginning I personally thought that a community would not be complete without a church." The church will resemble the classic country church. It will be built on the side of a sloping hill that will allow you to see it coming down the main street of Saddlebrooke.

We are continuing to work on new sections of Saddlebrooke to stay ahead of the demand of new people coming to Saddlebrooke each year. I always want our new visitors to have choices. Not everyone wants the same type of home site so providing choices for our clients is a very important component of the development process.

There is no shortage of options in Saddlebrooke. The views from the top of Sunset Hill, Saddlebrookes highest point, are breathtaking. Enjoying the creek frontage is always a big favorite of Saddlebrooke residents. "A lot of times we have people that want total privacy so when laying out Saddlbrooke we made sure to include those home sites as well." Clyde adds.

Clyde and Carol are quick to give the credit to Mother Nature. "We could not have built Saddlebrooke had it not been for the natural beauty that we had to begin with. Mother nature made the job much easier for us." Carol ads. Saddlebrooke has gone to great lengths not to disturb that natural beauty. "There are many acres that I will not develop so that everyone can enjoy more common ground. Too many times a developer tries to make use of every square foot of land. I want to have as much green space as possible for all of us to enjoy."

When asked about his vision for Saddlbrooke, "Its simple really. Weve lived here all our lives and dont think there is another place like it in the Midwest. I want Saddlebrooke to represent everything I love about the place I call home." The vision for Saddlebrooke will always be the same. Carol says, "This will always be a place to live first and foremost. We have families here, young professionals that work in Branson and Springfield, and we have retired couples that want to be near Branson." Saddlebrooke is a place that anyone would be proud to call home. Whether youre building your first home or your last, Saddlebrooke will exceed your expectations.
